Support Groups
For when you’re fighting something real.
Our Support Groups are targeted. We offer groups for Complications, Emotional Eating, Addiction Transfer, and Regain, so you can sit with people who know exactly what that fight feels like. They’re led only by licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, MSW, LMHC), they’re more structured and supportive, and they are never recorded.
And here’s the thing: you don’t have to be struggling with that specific topic to come. Support is support is support.
You’ll leave withRelief, some breathing space, gratitude, and a clearer picture of what this journey looks like for you and how you’ll get there.
Classes
Learn the how from people who know.
Every Class has a specific topic and specific things to learn, taught by credentialed experts (RD, CSOWM, CPT, CFI) or our therapists, depending on the topic. In October, for example, Katie Booker is leading a class on Managing Bariatric Grief. (Yes, missing food is a real thing. No, you’re not weird for feeling it.)
Classes are fun and engaging, your questions steer the conversation, and replays are available 24/7. They never go away.
You’ll leave withSomething new to noodle on, or the confidence to finally try that meal prep you’ve been thinking about.
Meetups
Real people, real talk, real laughing.
Meetups are hosted by trained peer moderators, fellow patients who care deeply about this community. They’re just a blast: in-the-moment fun and genuinely meaningful support, with people talking to and lifting up other people. Some whole-community Meetups are recorded.
You’ll leave withCheeks that hurt from laughing, and a deep sense of belonging. Because when someone in the room needs help, you get to be the one who offers it.
